0165(2)(a) in living room, one plastic cover is being used in an electrical outlet and it is accessible to childcare children. 0165(2)(c) a total of 12 electrical cords are accessible to childcare children in the living room and bathroom. 0165(2)(d) in the kitchen next to the refrigerator there are multiple bags of plastic bags; corrected on-site during the inspection on 11/8/2024. 0165(3)(a) in the outdoor area, the following items were having sharp edges: multiple staples around the window frame, 2 screws were sticking out of the wall, wooden post metal is sticking out with a sharp edge, and broken lattice on the patio that is sharp. 0165(3)(f) in the living room, a standing lamp is accessible, and it can fall on a child or children. 0165(3)(g) in the outdoor on the patio there are some flaking paints around the window frame and wall. 0165(4)(f) in the outdoor there are three stairs that don't have a handrail on both sides; it needs to be no higher than 38 inches and gaps less than 3.5 inches. 0165(5)(a) in the living room, there is an electrical outlet that needs to be tamper resistant or blank plate.
